工廠、寫字樓、酒店都會(huì)安裝通風(fēng)管道，但是后期安裝多少肯定和之前的建筑的管線等有不可避免的接觸，那么通風(fēng)管道安裝應(yīng)該注意些什么呢？

    1.施工前設(shè)備總管工程師應(yīng)將各工種的管線、單線畫在一張平面圖上。每種管道用一種彩色筆。在各交點(diǎn)處綜合其標(biāo)高，看是否有矛盾之處，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，將問題解決在安裝之前，以免影響后期工程進(jìn)程。
    Before construction, the chief engineer of the equipment shall draw the pipeline and single line of each type of work on a plan. Each type of pipe is used with a color pen. At all points of intersection, it should synthesize its elevation to see if there is any contradiction, find problems in time, and solve the problems before installation, so as not to affect the later engineering process.     2.解決各種通風(fēng)管道相碰及協(xié)調(diào)的原則，一般為：“小管讓大管，有壓讓無(wú)壓”。例如，自來(lái)水管與風(fēng)管相撞，則應(yīng)當(dāng)自來(lái)水管拐彎。冷、熱水管與下水管相碰，則應(yīng)改變冷、熱水的管道。
    The principles to solve the collision and coordination of various ventilation ducts are generally: "small pipes allow large pipes to be pressurized without pressure". For example, if the water pipe collides with the wind pipe, it should turn the water pipe. When cold and hot water pipes collide with the water pipes, the cold and hot water pipes should be changed.
    3.為減少投資，節(jié)省空間，降低層高，有些敷設(shè)無(wú)坡度要求的管道，可以穿梁敷設(shè)，比如自來(lái)水管道，消防噴灑干管等，一切均合理規(guī)劃。
    In order to reduce investment, save space and reduce the height of layers, some pipes with no slope requirements can be laid with beams, such as water pipe, fire sprinkler, and so on. All of them are reasonably planned.
    4.對(duì)于比較復(fù)雜的民用建筑，在設(shè)計(jì)階段，暖通、水電、建筑等工種應(yīng)協(xié)商好空間分隔，定出每種管道的標(biāo)高和可施工范圍。一般情況下不得越出給自己規(guī)定的界限，遇有個(gè)別管段要越界時(shí)應(yīng)與其他工程協(xié)商決定，以免出現(xiàn)不可預(yù)估的損失。
    For more complex civil buildings, in the design stage, the HVAC, hydroelectric, building and other types of work should first negotiate a good space separation, set up the elevation and the scope of the construction of each kind of pipe. In general, we should not exceed the prescribed limits. In case of a separate section, it should be negotiated with other projects in order to avoid an unexpected loss.
