一、主排煙管道通風(fēng)面積不夠

根據(jù)工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，排煙主管道內(nèi)風(fēng)速不能超過(guò)15m/s，否則在運(yùn)行一個(gè)時(shí)期以后很容易造成排煙系統(tǒng)不通暢。在油煙凈化器的運(yùn)行實(shí)踐中，大部分案例都是因排煙管道通風(fēng)面積不足引起的不通暢，管道內(nèi)氣體的流速都在15m/s以上。

三、排管道使用后積聚物堆積

排煙管道在穿過(guò)建筑梁或躲避其它設(shè)備管道時(shí)，排煙管道中的一段會(huì)低于整體排煙管道平面，在使用一段時(shí)間后，由于油水混合物會(huì)積聚在較低的那段排煙管道中，直接影響排煙通暢。
