通風(fēng)管道加工安裝要符合的規(guī)定：

Requirements for processing and installation of ventilation pipes:

(1)管道風(fēng)機(jī)采用減震吊架安裝時(shí)，風(fēng)機(jī)與減震吊架連接緊密，牢固可靠;采用支拖架安裝時(shí)，風(fēng)機(jī)與減震器及支架、托架連接緊密，穩(wěn)固可靠。

(1) When the pipeline fan is installed with the shock absorption hanger, the fan and the shock absorption hanger are closely connected, firm and reliable; when the support trailer is used for installation, the fan and the shock absorber, support and bracket are closely connected, firm and reliable.

(2)離心風(fēng)機(jī)與減震臺(tái)座接觸緊密，螺栓擰緊，并有防松裝置。

(3)通風(fēng)管道廠家告訴大家風(fēng)機(jī)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向正確，經(jīng)不少于2H運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，滑動(dòng)軸承溫升不超過35度，盡量溫度不超過70度;滾動(dòng)軸承溫升不超過40度，盡量溫度不超過80度。

(3) The ventilation duct manufacturer told us that during the trial operation of the fan, the rotation direction of the impeller is correct. After running for no less than 2 hours, the temperature rise of the sliding bearing should not exceed 35 degrees, and the temperature should not exceed 70 degrees as far as possible; the temperature rise of the rolling bearing should not exceed 40 degrees, and the temperature should not exceed 80 degrees as far as possible.

當(dāng)前普遍存在的問題是成品通風(fēng)道燃燒性能和耐火極限未經(jīng)有關(guān)部門檢測(cè)，山東通風(fēng)管道加工且部分通風(fēng)道材料的燃燒性能、管壁厚度不符合要求。

At present, the common problems are that the combustion performance and fire resistance of the finished ventilation duct have not been tested by the relevant national departments, and the processing of Shandong ventilation duct, and the combustion performance and wall thickness of some ventilation duct materials do not meet the requirements.

1、風(fēng)機(jī)、空調(diào)機(jī)組、風(fēng)機(jī)盤等設(shè)備的支、吊架設(shè)計(jì)要求設(shè)置隔振器，其品種、規(guī)格應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)及產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文件要求。

1. The supports and hangers of fans, air conditioning units, fan panels and other equipment shall be designed with vibration isolators, and their varieties and specifications shall meet the requirements of design and product technical documents.

2、風(fēng)管垂直安裝，間距不應(yīng)大于4m，單根直管少應(yīng)有2個(gè)固定點(diǎn)。

2. The air duct shall be installed vertically, the spacing shall not be more than 4m, and a single straight pipe shall have at least two fixed points.

3、吊架的螺孔應(yīng)采用機(jī)械加工，吊桿應(yīng)平直，螺紋完整、光潔。

3. The screw hole of the hanger shall be machined, the hanger rod shall be straight, and the thread shall be complete and smooth.

4、長(zhǎng)度超過20m的水平懸吊風(fēng)管，在山東通風(fēng)管道時(shí)少設(shè)置1個(gè)防晃支架。

4. At least one anti sway support shall be set for horizontal suspended duct with length over 20m in Shandong ventilation duct.

5、支吊架不宜設(shè)置在風(fēng)口、閥門、檢查門及自控機(jī)構(gòu)處，離風(fēng)口或插接管的距離不宜小于200mm。

5. The support and hanger should not be set at the air outlet, valve, inspection door and automatic control mechanism, and the distance from the air outlet or plug-in pipe should not be less than 200 mm.
