Preparation before construction:

1.各種安裝材料應(yīng)有出廠合格證或質(zhì)量鑒定文件及產(chǎn)品清單。

2.成品風(fēng)管不允許有變形、畸變、開裂、孔洞、法蘭脫落、鉚接泄漏、螺栓孔泄漏等缺陷

3.安裝好的閥體、風(fēng)口等部件要檢查調(diào)節(jié)裝置是否靈活，消聲器、油漆層是否損壞。

4.安裝所用材料：螺栓、螺母、墊圈等輔助材料應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求。

5.檢查現(xiàn)場(chǎng)留孔尺寸、位置及風(fēng)管尺寸是否符合圖紙要求，避免無(wú)效安裝。

通風(fēng)管道風(fēng)管安裝規(guī)定：

Provisions for the installation of air duct:

1.嚴(yán)禁其他管線穿過(guò)風(fēng)管。

1. It is forbidden for other pipelines to pass through the air duct.

2.安裝在易燃易爆環(huán)境中的風(fēng)管應(yīng)接地良好，穿過(guò)生活區(qū)或生產(chǎn)區(qū)的風(fēng)管必須安裝嚴(yán)密，不得配備風(fēng)管接口。

2. The air duct installed in flammable and explosive environment shall be well grounded. The air duct passing through the living area or production area must be installed tightly and shall not be equipped with air duct interface.

3.室外垂直風(fēng)管的固定不得與避雷針或房屋防雷設(shè)施連接。

①與通風(fēng)設(shè)備及配件連接風(fēng)管的配置，不得減少其連接位置的連接管。

②吊架不能設(shè)置在風(fēng)口、風(fēng)閥、檢查門及自控機(jī)構(gòu)處，不得固定在法蘭上，以免風(fēng)管變形影響風(fēng)管功能。

② The hanger shall not be set at the air outlet, air valve, inspection door and automatic control mechanism, and shall not be fixed on the flange to prevent the deformation of the air duct from affecting the function of the air duct.

③吊架安裝必須符合相應(yīng)的安裝規(guī)定。懸吊風(fēng)管和部件應(yīng)設(shè)有防止擺動(dòng)的固定點(diǎn)，如固定支架和支架。固定點(diǎn)的設(shè)置位置和數(shù)量應(yīng)根據(jù)系統(tǒng)情況而定

⑤風(fēng)管及部件穿過(guò)墻壁、屋頂時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)置防雨罩。穿過(guò)屋頂?shù)娘L(fēng)管超過(guò)1.5m時(shí)，應(yīng)留出電纜。電纜應(yīng)鍍鋅或布線。電纜不應(yīng)固定在風(fēng)管法蘭上，不應(yīng)拉在避雷針或防雷網(wǎng)上。

⑤ When the air duct and components pass through the wall and roof, a rain cover shall be set. Cables shall be reserved when the air duct passing through the roof exceeds 1.5m. Cables shall be galvanized or wired. The cable shall not be fixed on the air duct flange, and shall not be pulled on the lightning rod or lightning protection network.

⑥柔性短管的安裝應(yīng)彈性適中，不扭曲。柔性金屬或非金屬軟風(fēng)管長(zhǎng)度不應(yīng)超過(guò)2m，不得有死彎和塌陷。

⑥ The flexible short pipe shall be installed with moderate elasticity and no distortion. The length of flexible metal or non-metal flexible air duct shall not exceed 2m, and there shall be no dead bend and collapse.

⑦保溫風(fēng)管的支吊架應(yīng)位于保溫層外，保溫層不應(yīng)損壞。

⑦ The supports and hangers of insulated air duct shall be located outside the insulation layer, and the insulation layer shall not be damaged.

通風(fēng)管道按用途區(qū)分

Ventilation ducts are distinguished by purpose

1.凈化空調(diào)系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管：鍍鋅板、不銹鋼;(禁止使用中可能造成粉塵污染的玻璃鋼、復(fù)合材料);

1. Air duct of purified air conditioning system: galvanized sheet and stainless steel; (it is forbidden to use FRP and composite materials that may cause dust pollution);

2.空調(diào)系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管：鍍鋅板、彩鋼保溫板;(可采用玻璃鋼、復(fù)合材料);

4.工業(yè)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)一風(fēng)管：鋼板、鍍鋅板;(可采用塑料、玻璃鋼、復(fù)合材料);注：玻璃鋼風(fēng)管可分為有機(jī)和無(wú)機(jī)，根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范對(duì)禁用有機(jī)材料的防火要求;

4. Unified air duct of industrial ventilation system: steel plate and galvanized sheet; (plastic, FRP and composite materials can be used); Note: FRP air duct can be divided into organic and inorganic. According to the fire protection requirements of prohibited organic materials in the design code;

5.特殊使用場(chǎng)合風(fēng)管：礦用膠帶風(fēng)管、礦用塑料風(fēng)管;(要求阻燃抗靜電礦用特性)。
