一、 管道耐火限度要求

1、 Fire resistance limit requirements for pipelines

1.機械加壓送風(fēng)管道的設(shè)置和耐火限度應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

The setting and fire resistance limit of mechanical pressurized air supply pipelines should comply with the following regulations:

1 豎向設(shè)置的送風(fēng)管道應(yīng)獨立設(shè)置在管道井內(nèi)，當(dāng)確有困難時，未設(shè)置在管道井內(nèi)或與其他管道合用管道井的送風(fēng)管道，其耐火限度不應(yīng)低于1.00h；

1. Vertical air supply pipelines should be independently installed in the pipeline shaft. When there are difficulties, the fire resistance limit of air supply pipelines that are not installed in the pipeline shaft or used together with other pipelines in the pipeline shaft should not be less than 1.00 hours;

2 水平設(shè)置的送風(fēng)管道，當(dāng)設(shè)置在吊頂內(nèi)時，其耐火限度不應(yīng)低于0.50h；當(dāng)未設(shè)置在吊頂內(nèi)時，其耐火限度不應(yīng)低于1.00h。

The fire resistance limit of the air supply duct installed horizontally in the ceiling should not be less than 0.50 hours; When not installed inside the ceiling, its fire resistance limit should not be less than 1.00 hours.

二、 排煙管道的設(shè)置和耐火限度應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

2 水平設(shè)置的排煙管道應(yīng)設(shè)置在吊頂內(nèi)，其耐火限度不應(yīng)低于0.50h；當(dāng)確有困難時，可直接設(shè)置在室內(nèi)，但管道的耐火限度不應(yīng)小于1.00h。

2. Horizontal smoke exhaust pipes should be installed inside the ceiling, and their fire resistance limit should not be less than 0.50 hours; When there are difficulties, it can be directly installed indoors, but the fire resistance limit of the pipeline should not be less than 1.00 hours.

3 設(shè)置在走道部位吊頂內(nèi)的排煙管道，以及穿越防火分區(qū)的排煙管道，其管道的耐火限度不應(yīng)小于1.00h，但設(shè)備用房和汽車庫的排煙管道耐火限度可不低于0.50h。

The fire resistance limit of the smoke exhaust pipes installed in the suspended ceiling of the aisle and the smoke exhaust pipes passing through the fire compartment should not be less than 1.00 hours, but the fire resistance limit of the smoke exhaust pipes in the equipment room and garage may not be less than 0.50 hours.

3.補風(fēng)管道耐火限度不應(yīng)低于0.50h，當(dāng)補風(fēng)管道跨越防火分區(qū)時，管道的耐火限度不應(yīng)小于1.50h。

3. The fire resistance limit of the air supply pipeline should not be less than 0.50 hours. When the air supply pipeline crosses the fire compartment, the fire resistance limit of the pipeline should not be less than 1.50 hours.

三、管道隔熱要求

3、 Pipeline insulation requirements

1.當(dāng)?shù)蹴攦?nèi)有可燃物時，吊頂內(nèi)的排煙管道應(yīng)采用不燃材料進(jìn)行隔熱，并應(yīng)與可燃物保持不小于150mm的距離。

When there is combustible material inside the ceiling, the smoke exhaust pipes inside the ceiling should be insulated with non combustible materials and kept at a distance of no less than 150mm from the combustible material.

條文說明為了防止排煙管道本身的高溫引燃吊頂中的可燃物，本條規(guī)定安裝在吊頂內(nèi)的排煙風(fēng)管應(yīng)采取隔熱措施，如在排煙風(fēng)管外，包敷具有耐火限度的材料，并與可燃物保持不小于150mm的距離。

In order to prevent the high temperature of the smoke exhaust duct itself from igniting combustibles in the ceiling, this provision stipulates that smoke exhaust ducts installed in the ceiling should take insulation measures. For example, materials with fire resistance limits should be wrapped outside the smoke exhaust ducts and kept at a distance of no less than 150mm from combustibles.

金屬風(fēng)管的制作和連接應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

The production and connection of metal air ducts should comply with the following regulations:

排煙風(fēng)管的隔熱層應(yīng)采用厚度不小于40mm的不燃絕熱材料，絕熱材料的施工及風(fēng)管加固、導(dǎo)流片的設(shè)置應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行******標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《通風(fēng)與空調(diào)工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》GB50243的有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

The insulation layer of smoke exhaust ducts should use non combustible insulation materials with a thickness of no less than 40mm. The construction of insulation materials, reinforcement of ducts, and setting of guide vanes should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current ****** standard "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering" GB50243.

風(fēng)管的安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

The installation of air ducts should comply with the following regulations:

吊頂內(nèi)的排煙管道應(yīng)采用不燃材料隔熱，并應(yīng)與可燃物保持不小于150mm的距離。

The smoke exhaust pipes inside the ceiling should be insulated with non combustible materials and kept at a distance of no less than 150mm from combustible materials.

四、分析

4、 Analysis

1、由上述規(guī)定可知，當(dāng)排煙管道設(shè)置在吊頂內(nèi)且有可燃物時，應(yīng)同時滿足耐火極 限和不小于40mm隔熱層要求。

1. According to the above regulations, when the smoke exhaust duct is installed inside the suspended ceiling and there is combustible material, it should meet both the fire resistance limit and the requirement of no less than 40mm insulation layer.

2、耐火極 限其實已經(jīng)包括了耐火隔熱性，又規(guī)定了不小于40mm隔熱層，是進(jìn)一步提出更高要求，故二者都應(yīng)滿足，現(xiàn)實應(yīng)用中經(jīng)常被忽略。

2. The fire resistance limit actually includes fire resistance and thermal insulation, and specifies a thermal insulation layer of no less than 40mm, which is a further higher requirement. Therefore, both should be met, which is often ignored in practical applications.

不適用于：

Not applicable to:

a）耐火性能取決于吊頂耐火性能的管道；

a) The fire resistance performance of the pipeline depends on the fire resistance performance of the ceiling;

b）帶檢修門的管道，除非將檢修門納入到管道中一起試驗；

b) Pipes with access doors, unless the access door is included in the pipeline and tested together;

c）兩面或三面的管道；

c) Two or three sided pipes;

d）排煙管道；

d) Smoke exhaust duct;

e）與墻或樓板連接的吊掛固定件。

e) Hanging fixtures connected to walls or floors.
